Building accessible customer journeys across a family of brands.

Customer-facing commerce work across multi-brand loyalty, checkout, order history, and returns, supported by accessible shared interfaces and Java services.

Overview

Multi-brand loyalty

Led front-end implementation of the Next-Gen Loyalty program across Williams-Sonoma brands, building landing pages, enrollment flows, and customer dashboards with Java backend support.

Checkout, orders, and returns

Served as the primary front-end developer for the rebuild of checkout, order history, and returns using Web Components and a Java backend. Applied WCAG and ARIA accessibility practices throughout those experiences.

Shared interface systems

Built and enhanced shared design-system components, improved accessibility, and maintained Storybook to support adoption across teams.

Front-end and Java services

Paired front-end delivery across loyalty, checkout, order history, and returns with Java REST APIs for payment, loyalty, and order-management features.

Demos and walkthroughs

Presented technical and non-technical topics through sprint demos and walkthroughs for stakeholders and department leadership.
